Building Projects

The community members will discuss project ideas, decide which ones to start, and build them.
We are going to work in Seasons. Before every season starts, the community gathers ideas of possible projects, discusses the details, and creates a proposal of the set of features to be built in one season.
The discussion happens on in the member-only area and detailed project proposals are documented either here or in the project repository.
The community members vote which project or projects should be built in the next season. The vote happens through a tool like , which requires proof of ownership of the membership token.
Along with choosing a project, the community needs to vote on how many tokens will be reserved/minted as rewards for the people building it.
Each project is self-organized and self-governed. People that want to contribute to the project split into groups based on topic: design, frontend, backend, smart contracts, machine learning models, content, marketing, operations etc. Each group defines the tasks that need to be done and distributes the work.
For larger projects, the community may decide to appoint members that act as project leads or leads for a specific topic. The leads are chosen by the community via voting.
If a bottleneck is identified during the building of the project, the commnuity members may decide to create a bounty for a specific task and ask the public community for help. People in the public community can do the needed work and be rewarded with tokens or membership
After a season is finished, the commnuity needs to distribute the allocated amount of tokens for the project to the contributors. The exact mechanism is not clear yet and needs to be defined.
Every contributor to the project will receive their fair share of the community token.
All financial proceeds from the project will be distributed to the community members proportionally to the number of tokens they are holding. For more details seeCommunity Token.
